Frequently asked questions:
Although it may say the Cruise Ship arrives at 9am on your itinerary we find that many Cruise Ship passengers do not dis-embark until 10:00am - 10:30am. Our office is located directly opposite the Cruise Liner Terminal. We can work with passengers on the day as we understand Cruise Ships are sometimes delayed.
It is too late to participate in the Kuranda Scenic Rail departure from Cairns Railway Station at 9:30am as this boards at 9:00am. Cruise Ship passengers will need to do Skyrail first, followed by the Scenic Train down the mountain if they are arriving on the morning of this tour.
If your ship has the usual 5:30pm departure time we book the 2pm Train departing Kuranda. This will have you back at the Cruise Liner Terminal by approximately 4:00pm.
*Pullman Cairns International Hotel is often the pick-up location for this tour as it has a large portico entry where coaches can easily pick-up Cruise Ship passengers. It is about 200 metres from the Cruise Liner Terminal. It is only a very short walk.
